Nitro Coffee Oatmeal Stout — Our Bishop's Breakfast oatmeal stout infused with a cold brewed extract of Ceremony Coffee’s "Mass Appeal" espresso roast. This is a breakfast beer to start your day
A nut brown ale brewed with Ceremony Coffee Roasters "Destroyer" espresso coffee. A beautiful balance of subtle coffee notes and a caramel malt profile.
Cherry Blossom Ale 5%
A sure sign of Spring, cherry blossoms on the trees and Cherry Blossom Ale in the glass. This wheat ale is fermented with 588lbs of pureed dark sweet cherries per 20bbl batch.
Balls to the Wall 4.5%
Bittered with Nugget and Mount Hood, finished and dry hopped with Nugget and Chinook, fermented with Cali ale yeast. Welcome back, Baseball!
Summer Babe 5.8%
This wheat ale was brewed with pink rose petals and fermented with red raspberries.
Jacob’s Summer Celebration 8.8%
This brew was named after our head brewer’s son, Jacob. The hops used are split between American and English varieties to reflect Jacob’s English and American parentage (English dad, American mom).
Golden Glory 4.7%
An American pale wheat beer brewed with ginger root and lemongrass.
Harvest Ale 5.6%
Brewed with fresh Cascade and Chinook, harvested just hours before the brew day. Local wild flower honey was added to the brew kettle for a smooth finish.
William’s Winter Warmer 8.5%
A big malty ale with hints of fig and raisin and a smooth sweet malt finish. Released each year to celebrate the birthday of our brewmaster’s son. Happy Birthday William!
Merry Ole Ale 6.6%
Medium in body with a gentle spice presence (cinnamon sticks, freshly ground nutmeg, all spice), and understated earth hop character.
